Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. Username must be either your proper name (eg John Smith or John & Jan Smith) or your membership name (eg Hill Valley Pastoral Co), we also require members to specify a Location this should be the town you live in or your NSWFA District Council.
NSWFA has provided this forum to improve communication amongst members on issues that affect them as a group. The forum is not constantly moderated, meaning comments will appear as soon as they are published and will not be subject to “screening” prior to publication. The thoughts and opinions expressed on this forum are the thoughts and opinions of the participants and not those of NSWFA, except when the message is posted by NSWFA.NSWFA does not endorse or support any posted thoughts or opinions or guarantee the accuracy of any of the information or facts appearing on the forum.

NSWFA reserves the right at any time to remove, amend or alter any messages as required by law or if NSWFA regards the message as:
• A disclosure of confidential information;
• Discriminatory or harassing;
• Spam, chain or junk mail type postings;
• Related to any legal matters;
• Derogatory or defamatory to any individual or group;
• Personally insulting or profane;
• Obscene, sexually explicit or pornographic in nature;
• Engaged in or for any purpose that is illegal;
• Engaged in or for any purpose that is contrary to NSWFA’s interests or any existing policy;
• Misleading, objectionable or otherwise unacceptable.
NSWFA reserves the right to remove any posting which is deemed to contravene the provisions above, without additional notice or justification.
Members are not allowed to request information from other members that will be used for the purpose of research, academic study or publication without first seeking the permission of the website administrator.
NSWFA may restrict, suspend or deny your access to this forum and/or the website if you do not comply with these Forum Terms and Conditions. If deemed necessary, you may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
